Since I posted the above, I have had a Private Message from Jackie... SHE said.. "We just bought this car last week. It's in pretty good shape but we have a LOT of questions. I just purchased the detent plate because of the gear slipping. That is the first thing on the list to get fixed. I've been reading the site and I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is. I know we will be asking questions in the near future.
