Does anyone make gasket kits for wiper motor ?

Not that's available for purchase. There are rebuilding services out there but they don't make kits available or else they make their own gaskets. Most times you can take it apart, clean the old grease out of it, regrease it and reuse the same gaskets. However at best the performance is hit and miss. I recommend the electric upgrade if you use the car in the rain.

When I first got my car (2003) I went the Ficken rebuild route as I wanted to keep the car as original as possible. They gave a warranty, quick turnaround and low price.

They worked very well but I should point out that you still have two challenges: the hoses have to be leak free, and you have to have a good vaccum source. If you, for example, still have the washer switch to the left of the driver hooked into the system, it is a great candidate for leaking!

Since I have only driven in the rain once in all these years, the whole thing has been academic.

Currently I have poor performance so I have to debug the system. Check the vaccum of the pump, go over the lines, perhaps find the motor needs help.

I point all this out not as an endorsement of vaccum or electric, just some considerations involved with vaccum.

One way or another, gotta move those tiny wipers!

When I first got my car the wipers barely worked, first thing I did was disconnect the original (although really cool) washer system, stored it away in a box, and ran new vacuum lines straight from the vacuum pump on the fuel pump to the motor.

Next I did the brake fluid fix on the TRL page, DO IT OUTSIDE!!! The brake fluid gets sucked through the motor and creates clouds of smoke. That done the wipers work like champs, I don't drive in the rain too often but I've been caught out in it a couple of times and it's nice to have functioning wipers.

Brake fluid causes the rubber gaskets to swell- An old trick my father taught me.

Rain-X treatment on the windshield is another option (safety), just in case
