I have checked with most major Tbird parts suppliers across the country in the last two days regarding the availability of the steering wheel detent plate. The only one who has them for '61's through '63's is Bob at the Bird House. He has about a half dozen left for the '58-'60's, and the '61's, '62's & '63's. In fact, he had an order for one yesterday, he said. Like the detent plate for the '58-'60 Tbirds, the detent plate for the '61 also fits the '62 & '63. He knew Alexander very well, but did not know who was making them for him. Bob's phone number is 302-449-1966. He is the only source for them that I have been able to locate.
