Missing water jacket cutouts on new head gaskets.

The heads on my 352 have large water jackets on either end of the heads, but so far, I am unable to find head gaskets that have a cutout the same as my water jackets. The front cutout is correct, and the rear cutouts have only a small hole in that location, smaller than the diameter of a pencil. It seems odd to me as these are definitely the right gaskets, I am told, and now two different brand names show the same configuration. Why would anyone want to limit the water flow with a gasket?
What should I do? I was planning on cutting it out myself, but thought I'd see if anyone here had seen this issue before.
Please advise if you've encountered this before.

    Hey JCLipka,
Go to the Search in black bar above, hit search, type in head gaskets. Scan down that page till you find Head Gasket Wright or Wrong dated 4-23-2009. These guys break it down for you in that post!

The cutouts go to rear of the engine.

A lot of head gaskets are marked. As stated below they go to the rear. Mike
