I called Carl ~ partsetal the other day and caught him driving home from Canada! On the trailer he was pulling was a '60 Golde Top 430! It is white with a red and white interior and in pretty good shape I think. He also recently picked up a 59 Tbird. Here is what he had to say about his Tbirds.
"It is not my only J Code, also have a 59 HT that I drive (original w/reblt motor), I have a 60 HT that drives around the yard, but needs restoration, I have a 59 Convert that I plan to submit for judging (needs final assembly and color sanding), and I have a 60 Convert w/Air that needs some minor metal work and assembly.
I plan to go through the 430 SR (Sun Roof) and see if it is safe to drive and do some minor mechanical items, then clean it up. I'd like to take it to a few local shows."
I have lost count of just how many Squarebirds Carl has now! I know there are about 4 parts Squarebirds that he has. If you are looking for Squarebird parts, Carl has them. I just bought some more new bumper bolts from him! He has tons of parts for our old Squarebirds.
