What is your square bird getting for Christmas

A timd post after the Front Page thread, but to break the silence, what are you getting your Squarebird for Christmas?

I am not getting anything directly, but have asked in it's behalf for door locks and gift certificates for "fire watch" hours for hopefully some rocker panel welding activity this coming spring/summer. So far the gift certificate concept does not appear to be taking hold......

Well, let's see.

I guess what my Bird needs most is cold hard cash.

I've spent the last month or so replacing the shift lever, shift collar, turn signal switch, headlight switch, ignition switch, starter, and now, I have to get a new exhaust manifold cause mine fell apart this morning when an attempt was made to replace the exhaust manifold gasket. All the bolts came out like a charm, but one of the "tabs" or "ears" was cracked in 2 places and literally went to pieces. Beautiful.

I gotta get Santa to leave me a bag of money to pay for all this!

I've also asked relatives for stuff like a front license plate bracket, and miscellaneous dash knobs...but I need repair $$$$$.

What I had planned to do before all the recent repairs was to rechrome the front bumper of the 'ol girl.
I guess that will have to wait a while...

Now that Im finishing up the buffing and polishing phase on my 58,s new paint job..........I dont have the heart or desire to put the nasty pitted door handles back on. "Look baby , honey bunch, sweet thing ........Santa got you some re-chromed door handles !!!"

Get the repro door handles. They are affordable, look good as new and fit perfectly.

I'm with Travlin, a new trunk floor and trunk seal bead is what my bird is getting.
