60 bumper jack

Just found in my pile of 60 conv. parts. A bumper jack
base is square 7" x7" x 2 3/4" ht. removable J hook, "T" stands 33 1/2" tall. Base marked A & has been repainted black, remainder of jack not painted. Have a second one, not certain if for bird ; base 8" x 6 "x 2" ht. J hook NOT removable, 33 1/2 "T" base marked A-B ...can you identify?
