It is indeed tbird teds collection. Talked to the auction company here's their address. repocast.com.
Bill says they have been forsale for a long time and are 35% to 100% overpriced.

There will be a reserve on about 8-9 cars and none on the rest.
The actual posting will be probably by the end on this week of first part of next week. Issues galore for cars that have not run in years and most did not have batteries.
