"The car belonged to a well-known South American dictator who only used it on occasion of his visits to Beverly Hills. It was sold under the condition that the name of its former owner would never be revealed. This prime example of a successful restoration was completed in 1994 by the world's foremost Thunderbird expert."

Two questions came to me here. First, Anyone know what South American dictator use to visit Beverly Hills in a Pink Bird?
Two: Who can this " world´s foremost Thunderbird expert" be?

The answer to the first question could be answered by the answer to the second question...

      Ken Harkema?

If the car came out of that part of the country perhaps it was Ken, but I don't recall seeing any pictures of it on his website.
