The washer switch works off the wiper line which is manifold vacuum so figure 25 in/mercury. Bench test it by making a short piece of rubber into a "U" and connecting it to the two smaller ports, and your apply vacuum to the larger. I've been unable to find one that does not leak, and have tried various methods to stop the leak, but no success. I run with the line disconnected and capped at the "Y" where it connects with the wiper line at the cowl opening. When I want to show off the washers, I connect the line. Keep me posted if you find a way to stop the switch from leaking!
