    Angle of carburetor spacer

I'm having trouble determining the angle of the intake manifold mating for the carburetor. Does anyone know what the actual angle is ? I'm finding 7 and 8 degree aftermarket wedged spacers.

If I may ask, what is the intended goal?

Why not use the original style spacer? New ones are available.

If you get a replacement item check that it is nice and flat.

The one I bought wasn’t and I had to rectify it by sanding it on a glass plate,

(if the spacer is not flat you will potentially have a vacuum leak.)
