Well last year I rebuilt my steering control valve and power cylinder, I could not get rid of the leek on the centering spring side of the control valve or on one of the pressure line to the power cylinder.
So I decided to take the control valve apart ( I did not want to spend another $17.00 for seals, so I sat down and read the directions in the manual.
I followed the directions to the T. put the valve in filled the resivor only half full, I knew this would be enough to test with.
Turned the wheels left and right a few times looked under the car ther was a puddle under it. darn!!. got to looking and I forgot to tighen to of the lines, fixed that.
Started Her and ran the wheels back and forth a few times looked under the car and did not see any new drips yet. tooked the car off the jack stands pushed her to a new spot, ran out of gas durning the tests.
Looked under it this morning and no new leaks.
So always remember to read and follow all directions no matter what
Should of done that last year.
