Yesterday, I changed the weatherstrips (pads) that are at the base of the conv top frame, where the top rests on the qtr panels. I've been trying for quite some time to get the rusty screws out. A buddy of mine (A fleet mechanic) gave me a can of "Yield". I had never heard of it. Within 15 minutes of spraying this literally magic stuff on there, I got 7 of the 8 screws out.(One the head twisted off).This is really a good product !! I could not believe it !!! I had tried WD40,3 in 1. You name it. Anyhow, this stuff really works. It's available thru automotive chemical supply places. Not Kragen's, but companies that supply fleets and truck repair shops.
