Signature Picture

I am trying to load a signature picture and it will not load,the picture that I loaded is 84x64 Pixels 9195 bytes I cleared option # 1 and uses option #2 the picture shows up on the area that says Your Current Signature Picture but when I click on Preview Signature it only shows my signature even after I click on save signature. Any suggestion on how to get the picture to work
