1963 Galaxie horn ring

I am replacing the center emblem on my 1963 Galaxie horn ring. Not sure about how to remove the old one. I see three clips??? holding it but not sure about how to release it. Anyone have knowledge on this? Thanks.

Normally the horn rings come out if you push them in and turn them.
