    1976 Lincoln

Bought a land yacht 1976 Lincoln Mark IV. 460 V8
Zactly 19 feet long. New length record for us. By one inch.
Garaged, never wrecked, well maintained, 60k mile cream puff.
~1600 miles per year. A/C converted to 134.
Recent brake job and tires. Everything works
Does not have 8-track and sunroof options.

    Plans are:
Window tint, Addco sway bar(s), Dual exhaust, Sound system.

Mark IV is a stylish inefficient use of space.

Often take 97 Tbird to beach because we find it a "right size" for travel. Not too small carry us, hamsters, and clothes/stuff and not too large in town. Usually pack it full which turns out to be just what we intended to take.

Was surprised comparing 76 Mark IV figures to 97 Tbird figures --- see attached

Finally oh finally got word Mark IV loads and leaves Florida Oct 6th.
Gunna be interesting to see in person and find out how it is to pilot this yacht.
Got numbers from data plate. Turns out to have optional 3.00 posi rear end vrs standard 2.75 open.

        This is it.

That is one beautiful looking Lincoln and looks to be very well worth the wait from the information I read and the pix I saw! I know you have to be excited!
