Looking at your interior work, one can be nothing but impressed. The only thing I still undering about is why you have black seat belts. Is there no white or yellow one avalible?

As for seat belts, there were no yellow seat belts available when I was buying them. I thought about buying white ones, but decided not to because I was concerned that they would show the dirt to much. I might change my mind down the road. They would not be to difficult to change out.

Ray, I obviously have been off the site yesterday and just getting caught up on your picture with Rose. I don't see anything wrong with your outfit and you look like Bobby Jones, going to play a round of golf in a Thunderbird. My favourite is the argyle socks.

Thanks, Dano! If I wear that outfit again, I need to remember to pull up the pants legs and blouse them more. I had the legs pulled down to far for those kind of pants! The knee length socks gave me fits! They were made in China. I do not know what was wrong with them, or if it was something related to my heart bypass surgery. Both of my legs, right at the bend of the knees where the socks stopped at, ended up with a red band around them about the width of the top of the socks, 2-3 inches wide. It took about a week or so for it to go away! I don't know if it had something to do with a good amount of pressure being put on the legs at the joints by the socks. Or if it had something to do with some chemical in the socks. I am thinking it was the latter. After I wore them, I washed them, and put them away. I am not sure if I will chance wearing them again....

I see that Scumdog is having fun with that picture now. That most definitely is NOT me!

I just came from visiting Rose and found that Danny has the drivers power seat up on the bench about to take it apart. So I took some "before" pictures of it and just posted them. Next week, you should see some entirely different pictures of it! We are almost finished with the interior, except for touch up and clean up!

Danny is working on my power seat. He has it all broken down, and will clean it up, paint it, grease it as needed before he starts putting the new seat covers on, which he has pretty well made in advance. Click on the link below to see the new pictures.

I paid a visit to Danny and Rose today and got some more pictures. When I got there, Danny was about to clean the power seat base. So I watched him as he worked his magic on it, cleaning, sanding it, painting and greasing it. It looks like new again, as you will see in the pictures I just posted. He also put the new foam pad and cover on the seat! We are almost there! Click on the link below to see the new pictures.

I took some more pix of Rose today while I was visiting her. Danny has the drivers seat mounted to the power seat base and the lean back covered. He has to paint the plastic side guards, and put the chair together and it is done! Then it will be on to some re-painting, dashpad repair and paint cleanup!
