best way to install roof rail weatherstrip?

Screws only? Screws plus black automotive sealant in a caulking tube? Screws and black weatherstrip adhesive?

    I have no idea here...

I was able to get my vent window frame reinstalled in the door today, and got it lined up real nice with the windshield pillar.
How "tight" up against the roof rail weatherstrip should all the windows be?

I guess black weatherstrip adhesive and self-tapping screws will be the plan.

Looks like the chrome window frames need to just brush past the outer flap.

      Hey Greg,
I would definitely use auto adhesive and go from there. It kinda hard to believe Ford only held allot of the weatherstripping in place with glue. Kinda Mickey Mouse!!!

maybe so, but that 3M weatherstrip adhesive is wicked-strong when the surface is prepped properly
