So, I was on the "Sydney Morning Herald" site this AM and ran across this article.

One thing I have always enjoyed about the folks from Oz is the good natured ribbing that we Yanks get from them. On of the best times of my life was the three months I spent in Oz in the early 70's. Kings Cross and the RSLs always come to mind.

The last mates I ran into was a detachment I was stationed with in Iraq. Yep, they still enjoy poking fun at the Yanks.

I agree, Jim. Ford has always done well with the wonderful insight our Australian and New Zealander managers imparted on the company. I too have great respect and hope to 'holiday' over there.

I love a good laugh, but I already know my sides and face will constantly ache the whole time. That's what happened to me in Ireland for a month (they're good crack). - Dave
