Replacing the FE with a Modular

Hello there!

I'm interested in replacing the 390 and trans in the '61 with a 5.4l (3 valve) and a modern trans.

Anyone know if I'm looking at more than just some simple engine swap work? Or even some specific dimensional information on the 5.4 and the engine bay?
