Badge clips

Hi all,
There is the thunderbird badge and the lower long trim ornament fixed to the rear window pillar. I cannot decipher on how they are both to be fixed. Either Pal nuts and/or barrel clips? also what size they should be.

They are both held in place by 3/16" Pal nuts.
