Hopefully this isn't too off base here, but I'm hoping that one of you wants a jeep!
I'm looking for a really clean driver squarebird or 55-59 four door or wagon. Looking for no rust and good mechanicals. Rough paint and interior ok. Might consider a nice later t-bird as well, but no newer than 65.
What I've got to trade is this Jeep Grand Wagoneer, it's an 88 with a 360 and auto trans. The jeep has a 4" spring lift and 1" body lift, and sits on brand new MTZ radials and new Mickey Thompson Classic Locks, with a matching spare. I've got chrome trim rings as well as the blue.
This is an excellent running jeep with absolutely no rust. It spent its entire life in Arizona and New Mexico. It has cold AC and power everything. The rear has a lock-right locker. Front seats have some cracking, but are solid and just need seat covers. Clear coat is peeling on the hood, but otherwise the paint is great, and there's only one dent, a small ding on the front passenger rocker.
I've got a little cash to throw in for the right deal, but this jeep should be comparable to a decent driver. I figure its true value to be about $7 -8,000. I prefer the trade as close to New Mexico as possible to minimize travel expense.
Send an email to bad-influence@comcast.net with photos of your trade, and I have lots more photos of the jeep.
Thanks!
Timothy
