I recently bought a new trunk seal for my 62 and would like to install it. Unfoutunately when I ask the parts counter which side of the seal gets glued to the trunk they said they didn't know. Since my old seal was in such bad shaped a melted mess I'm not sure which way it goes.
Tha seal is flat on one side and split through the middle, at the end of the split the two sides are thinly sealed. So if you apply pressure at both ends the center would open up.
Any thoughts? It will be a busy weekend!
