    New T Bird Owner

Hi Marcos, Welcome aboard and thanks for becoming a new Paid Member! You have found a great Forum, especially, if you need assistance in troubleshooting, repairing or restoring your Tbird. Just post away in this Forum when you need help. As a Paid Member, you can upload pictures directly to our server. Just read the information I posted to you in the New Members Welcoming Forum, on limits on picture sizes, 800x600pixels max. We have quite an extensive Technical Resource Library (TRL), a link to which you will always find as part of my signature element and that of John Pizzi ~ jopizz. In addition, here is a website that will tell you a lot about your 1962 Bullebird. You may want to check it out.

In addition, if you want to know more about your Tbird and what it had on it when it left the factory, send me an email or a Private Message with the VIN # and the Data Plate information and I can tell you more about it.

If you have any problems uploading pix, or have any questions feel free to give me a phone call. My number is also always a part of my signature element.

Congrats on your new acquisition and welcome to the forum. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Make sure you check out the Technical Resource Library as Ray suggested. It has a wealth of information relating to both technical issues and historical data.

Welcome to our international family of Thunderbird owners, restorers and enthusiasts, Marcos! As Ray and John said, we are here to help you with any questions you may have.

If you don't have a Shop Manual for your car I strongly suggest you buy one from any of our vendors. We go by the manual but we also explain vague topics for a better understanding.

        Again, welcome. - Dave

          New T Bird Owner

Marcos, I see that Dave has posted a greeting to you also, and mentioned the importance of owning the shop manual for your Tbird. If, when you bought the car, the owner did not give you a shop manual in the purchase, you can get one from any of the Tbird Parts Houses. They are all listed in the Advertisements Forum below this Bulletbird Forum. You might want to consider buying it on a CD because if you use it a lot you don't have to worry about getting greasy fingerprints all over the book. You can print out the page(s) you need to work with and if you get grease on them, you can throw them away and print out the same page again, if you need to. Besides, the CD is about $12 cheaper than the book. You might want to also get the Body & Interior Trim Assembly Manual for your Tbird. The electrical diagrams for your Tbird can be found in the Technical Resource Library (TRL). You can print it out.
