I see the replacement tank has a drain. Maybe install a petcock there for the draining of accumulated water (atmosphere) drawn by E10/E15 into a vented fuel tank.

You will be able to establish a schedule as you go.

Last week was a productive one. I sorted out my electrical issues and now I’ve got working interior lights.









Dave dare was awesome enough to send me a voltage regulator he had laying around and now my old generator is charging again. Take a look at what I found living under my old one.

I had to pull the cluster to get full access to the ignition switch, so I figured, “While I’m here, might as well inspect and organize the wiring and clean up the instrument cluster.”
















Installed the new solid state CVR




I used Brasso to polish up the chrome. It doesn’t do anything four the pitting, but it sure does a good job at cleaning and polishing the chrome.

Marcelo, I hope you found the information on adjusting the gauges in the Technical Resource Library. That link you were referencing was an old link and I deleted that thread at Dave's suggestion. I have been away from the Forum for a bit, and I hope that Dave told you where to look for that information while you had your instrument panel apart. Great pix!

Thanks, Dave. I was remembering you and I talking about a special tool needed to remove some of the bezels in the cluster.

For the ignition switch, I used a large flat head screwdriver and for the headlight switch I used a regular sized flat head. The one bezel that was a little tricky to remove was for the windshield wiper switch. The knob has a tiny set screw. Once that's removed, you're left with the shaft and a screw driver will not work. I can see how a special tool would come in handy for this. I found that using snap ring pliers did the trick. The "jaws" were thin enough to get into the slots on either side of the shaft and long enough to not hit it.
