I know I'm a little late on this but, I think this car was FOR SALE at Hershey about 3 years ago. It's from the Pittsburg area and a guy I know, knows the owner and guess what, it was a hardtop! The owner took a rusty convert and a good hartop and made the car with a convertible serial number stamped on it. The car is nice, but I would question the legality of the car. Maybe that's why it doesn't sell. Also, the owner does not disclose this information to possible buyers. Let the buyer beware!!!!!

That's why we t-bird owners need to communicate with each other. Thanks for the tip Tom.

I believe that car has been "For Sale" for about 2 years now.

My '59 doesn't even have one of these switches...another option oddly not ordered on this car.

"The seller may have made the same false assumption I made on my Bird when I first sat in it. The power windshield washer switch on the left door frame looks like a modern car's power mirror switch. I kept wondering why the mirror didn't move when I toggled the switch. My car doesn't have washer nozzles or a washer bag so I can be forgiven for my ignorance"
