Has anyone had problems with thier horn....it looks like there was some sort of "soft" insulator between the horn ring and the steering wheel ( I think that is where it was ) so that there would be no contact until you honk the horn. It is NOT the second nylon ring, but a "first" one that was soft and dissinagrated, so that my horn always pulled power running my batt down. Is there one of these made ? Is there a kit anywhere that you can buy to replace all of the pieces inside the steering column related to the horn ?
