    License plate lamp plate

I am going through some old parts from my dad's 55-bird and along with alot of NOS wiring, is a license plate light that takes a single bulb. I tried looking it up on line and I see double bulb ones. Although I did see an ebay listing that showed both styles.

Did the 55's use a single bulb?

I am sure I will be posting other questions, because a couple of the harnesses have part numbers but most of them don't. He had an electrical issue with it 50+ years ago and it was a weekend so the Ford dealership grabbed what they could for a 55 and used some 56 or 57 harnesses to get him going again. So what I have is left over from that and now just going through it and want to sell it.

    Thanks,
    Karl

1955 Thunderbirds used two single contact No. 63 bulbs for the license plate.

So what year used the single bulb? Just trying to figure out what this is for to list it correctly.

      Thanks,
      Karl

Except for the 55-56 Thunderbirds just about all Fords of that era used a single bulb so it could fit almost anything. If you can post a picture maybe I can match it up with what's in the parts manual.
