Does anyone know a vendor who has the decal that goes around/through the panel. Specifically, the black that accents the chrome in the panel

Phil, I assume that you are talking about the black strips in that tail light section. You have a '59, as I do, and I got mine from John Draxler of Thunderbird Ranch some years ago. Look for his contact information in the Advertisements Forum, under Thunderbird Ranch. The problem might be in getting a response from him, as some have said that they have not been able to do so, but others did get a response. He sells a set of those black strips for the '58-'60 Squarebirds. After I put mine on it makes those two panels look like new again and they have stayed on well ever since I put them on. Here is what mine looked like after I put them on. I did this shortly after I bought the car and restored it. The other way of doing it would be to paint the black in, but this is much easier.

I did email back and forth several times with John, and was that was less than a year ago. I checked the contact info under vendors and it seems to be correct. It may take a couple of days for him to respond, but he always did.
I was very happy with the tail light decals so I also ordered a set for the wheel covers. Those were a little disappointing, as I thought they were too small. I contacted John and he made some new ones that definitely fit better. Good guy, you just need a little patience.
