Default Age old headlight switch question

I've always had trouble with the I/P lamp
dimmer. I had dash lights toight, but made the
mistake of rotating the knob. Now, nothing.
Isn't there a way to jump the rheostat?

Thanks,

I know I've seen the answer here somewhere on this site.

It's here. Somewhere.... In the Tech library maybe?

Default Age old headlight switch question

Thanks for posting that link, Dave. I have grabbed it and added it to the TRL under Headlight Switch as "Squarebirds Headlight Switch". Now there are two entries on this switch, its wiring and how to repair it.
