I'm thinking that the size of the packaging might make the price a bit steeper than just the weight, if you've a chance Vernz, perhaps some dimensions?
Hey Cathie,
Working at a glass contractor's for several years, that glass will be shipped in a crate. The crate will weigh a whole lot more than the glass, but this is necessary to keep it from breaking or getting broke.
I would also advise when the glass is received uncrate it and make sure it is not broken, before you release truck driver. If it is broken this will make it easier to file claim with freight company!!!

Thanks everyone for the help with my windscreen and side window. I do have insurance and will turn in a claim on the side window but the front windscreen is so beautifully tinted, I hate to tamper with something that looks so good. Also, it was cracked when I bought my bird. The crack has been kind of semi repaired so it looks ok. I have all of your info and will wait for the adjuster to show up.
Regarding the phantom taillights coming on, it was the brake pedal engaging the brake light switch.
