mistake in door data plate?

My door data plate shows a "5" (five) axle code. Up to now I only found the axle codes "0", "1" and "3" as being available for 1958 - 1959.

Could there be a mistake in my data plate? x(
Or does anyone know of the "5" axle code?

I have sent a picture of the data plate to the registry, where it can soon be witnessed.

So, I have the 2,91:1 rear axle.
