    New 60 front suspension

I need to redo my front end. I like the idea of disk brakes. By the time I do a complete front end rebuild + disks the cost isnt that much less than a new front end. And its still a 50 year old design. The complete front end kits like heidts look like that could be the answer. Has anyone put a new aftermarket front end on their 1960? Can it be done? Thanks

I have. I used the Stainless Steel Brake Corp Kit.
    There are more compatable ones.

Or use the spindles etc off a V8 Granada (You need 11" rotors)

The SBC kit I used put the calipers facing forward. You don't want that !! They will interfere with the sway bar links.

I also have heavy duty frt & rr sway bars. It stops good !! It turns good. No wallowing around !!! If you want I can post pics.

It's really a fun car now. It goes like a bat outta h___ too.

And for the most part, it looks (close to original)
