    New Seat covers

I purchased new foam and seat covers form Mac's for my 59 Bird on my front seat, the seat back went on OK but I am having a big problem with the seat bottom it is so tight when I put it on just the frame without the foam I am afraid that I am going to rip the stichiting and I can not get it on the seat with the foam even close to the position it should be to hog ring it any help out there as I need all the help I can get, I am going to call Mac's Thursday for there suggestion.

They were Vinyl and we were working in a shop that was about 75 degree, I called Mac's today they are going to check with there mfg. co for suggestion. I told them that I would ship them a seat with the coveer ,foam and the frame so they could see the problem if that would help, hope to hear back from the nest week.
