vacuum line sizes

Hi all,

I am planning on replacing my wiper motor in the '60 Bird next week.
While I'm at it, I want to replace and re-route all the vacuum lines going from the washer switch, wiper motor, etc.

Does anyone have a breakdown of all the varying diameters of these lines? I think I'm missing the one from the motor to the washer switch at least.
