Removal of heater core

How much effort is involved with removal of the heater core in a 1960 Thunderbird? I can see from the engine compartment side that the radiator (heater) comes out from the inside of the car and was wondering about that side? Maybe how many hours would be involved with this removal and installation. Thanks Jon

It is not too hard on these cars. You need to remove the glove box and part of the underdash trim. For a novice, figure two -three hours work.
