yes that is the same in my car and we have checked all those fuses and they are in great shape

YES the green wire is the same on my car and i agree with you under the dash is probobly where the problem lies, i checked all the wires last night in the tail light section and no frays or nothing and no power back there so it has to be coming from upfront?

i had wished a fuse blew in that turn signal mechanism, it would be so much easier to find. .i will poke under the dash and let you know what i find and thanks again
