    Vacuum lines

2 questions, the vacuum line that releases the emergency brake on a 66 comes from the engine to the neutral safety switch, out of the neutral safety switch to the emergency brake.
Question is does it matter which ports are in / out on the switch ?

#2, can the window motors be removed (1966) without taking out the window / regulator assembly ?

No. Both ports are either open or closed depending on where the shift lever is.

No. The regulator arm covers the bolts so you have to remove the regulator and move the arm to unbolt the motor. Be very careful as the spring is under great tension and it will snap around when you remove the motor. It's easy to get a finger caught. You must install the motor with the same amount of spring tension.
