Seat hinge covers

My 60 Bird didn't have these, but I came across some. Is it unusual to not have them? Are they available at suppliers?

The plastic seat hinge covers are prone to break after all these years. All cars came with them. They are available in reproduction in a few colors. You must make a hole in them for the trim screw.
