Thanks for the Welcome to the Forum
This is my 1959 Tank Fairlane 500
Factory Delivered Right Hand drive for Australia .

She has a 332 Y block V8 and 2sp Auto .Exterior will be left as is with a Driveline restoration and a Re trim of the Interior to Green and white .




I look forward to learn alot from this forum and sharing the progress of my Tank .

Hi James! Thanks for posting the pix of the Old Gal! We don't get to see any 500's around here with right hand drive! You are fortunate in that we happen to have a number of owners of Big Fords on this Forum who really know their stuff. One is our great webmaster, Dave Dare ~ simplyconnected. As I recall, he owns a '55 Big Ford, and a '59 500. If I have that wrong, he will correct me! As you work on the car repairing or restoring it, post your questions and pix in the 1957 To 1969 Full Size Fords Forum. Thanks for keeping your posted pix under the 800pixel limit!
