    RE: alternator conversion

Go to the top of the message board and use the "search" option. Many people have done this conversion........so you may find some old posts. It can be done though.

I think the site has a tech article on that.

I'm not sure if this will help or not -- It was done with early Mustangs in mind.

I had a local shop do my conversion, he quoted me 150.00 and it was a real bear to do. Apparently the water pump doesn't have many extra holes to bolt into. He had to custom make a bracket. He kept to his word and only charged me the 150.00. I could send you a picture of it . tbirdave

Alexander -- I've always meant to ask -- HOW do we do this? I'd much rather use yer bandwidth over using mine.

I assume you know how to post pictures. You just need to type in the URL of the picture in the message text to post it. Example: www. squarebirds.org/users/travlin/pictureofsquarebird.jpg . To actually post the picture, you need to leave out the space.

To upload pictures to your webspace just follow the instructions at http://www.squarebirds.org/cgi-bin/d...conf=DCConfID4 . There are programs that you can buy such as FrontPage and DreamWeaver which have easier controls to manage webspace.
