Is there any test that I can preform on my gas filter to see it flows and adequate amount of gas to the carburetor??? And where can I buy a replacement? and how much?

The most simple way is to blow through the old one (in direction of fuel flow) and then a new one and note the amount of breath needed to blow through either.

    What year BIRD and engine?

        gas filters

I've always installed new filters when doing a tune up ,it should be done.driving on empty doesn't help either.
Filters can pressure tested in a lab setting. But a clean filter is what to need to move that 352.
i have extras need em? call me 203 375-2468
