Question for a 58 expert

I saw this piece on Ebay, and they claim it's for all the squarebirds. None of my manuals show this for 58.

Can anyone shed some light on wether or not this is a correct piece for the 58?

The panel is the same for all three years. Only 1960 has the emblem.
