No, Baby Birds only came with a 292 or a 312.

thanks, guy around here is saying that there were some baby birds that came with a 430, it's to big anyway. I thought that 1959 thunderbirds and lincolns had this motor only, even Edsels had their own motor I think a 410Comment

John is right, they only came with Y-block engines. Why would you want a 430 in your Baby Bird? If you want a bigger engine, get a 390. There are plenty of parts available for it and it will bolt up to your trans. - DaveMember, Sons of the American Revolution

I've seen a number of Baby Birds with 302's in them so I imagine that's a pretty easy retrofit.
