Seems I lost a part of the car

Had the car apart to lower the front and replace the shocks, started puting the car back together and one of the shock tower caps has gone missing. I have looked everywhere and can't find the *)& thing.

So anyone know a source for a shock tower cap(or whatever else one would call it) that would fit my 65?

    Thanks for any help.....

    Rusty:

I have the ford manuals with a parts interchange I believe that It goes to '65, I will check when I get home, I will check the parts interchange manual to see what other ford cars used that same part. Some Auto wreckers still have cars from the late 60's and 70's.

There is also a web site that you can check parts inventory at the local wrecking yards to see if they have it.

Did you look with the parts you removed?
