Steve, if you have not done so, contact the Bird House in Delaware, the Bird Nest in Oregon, Tbird Hqs, and first of all, contact Carl Heller ~ partsetal on here. Carl has a lot of Squarebirds parts and might have that hitch. Check out the Advertisements Forum for the contact information on the parts houses.
Probably not made very many years and will be hard to find. I wonder if that was the only model specific hitch made for the Squarebird?
Might be cheaper to have one custom made by a good hitch shop or have them modify something that is close as far as mounting to the frame. For instance a shop may be able to drill into the frame and bolt on something like this if the dimensions are correct.
