Quarter window-Repalce Rubber Drive Coupling on Motor

When replacing the quarter window motor on my 1960 Bird, the rubber drive coupling fell out. It seems imposible to get it back in place (no space for fingers or tools) and keep it there while inserting the motor in the other end of the rubber drive coupling---any suggestions out there?

I dont recall having the same issue when doing this job a few yrs ago, but I dont imagine trying a bit of glue would hurt.

One end of the coupling has a larger opening than the other. Usually the one in the regulator stays put until you mount the motor, if it doesn't just install it on the motor shaft and install it that way.
