Identify a tbird badge in car

Ok guys see if you can with this, i have a 63 Tbird, i have noticed that inbetween the rear seats on the 62s is a thunderbird badge , can any one identify this badge , as i am trying to find out where it comes from, is it from a 50s bird ?
I have checked out all the tbird badges from the thunderbird stores and i cant find it .

Hi Les,

If you have a digital camera, and you probably do, take a picture of it, offload the picture and email it to me at rayclark07@gmail.com I will look at the picture and see if I can tell you what year it is from. If not, I will post it and see if one of the guys/gals can tell you. If it looks like the one in this picture I am posting, this is from what I was told was an original 1962 interior. The Tbird you see in this is an OEM Tbird that came with the car from the factory. Does yours look like this?

If you are looking at the small bird emblem on the rear package tray between the seats in the back,this was a standard badge for the 1961 and 1962 models Ford deleted it on the 1963 model but it was also used as the Bird emblem on the aluminum breather on the M optioned Tri-powered carsfor 1962 and1963 .

That is the one Ray but which emblem did ford use for that, ian also told me it was used on the m code air breather too .

Sorry for this very late fallow-up responce,the actual Ford part # is CISB-63606A08-A .I have only ever seen one supposidly NOS on E-Bay , to the best of my knowledge I do not think anybody is doing a reproduction of this bird logo,if your looking for one your going to have to search around .

G'day guys, another newbie signed on!!!! Thanks for allowing me to join. I have just bought my first T Bird here in Australia (a '62 hardtop)...its what comes after getting on ebay with a few beers under the belt and looking through classic cars, and thinking "Geez, that looks good, and seems cheap, too!!!"

But no regrets, the car is fantastic!!! I also have a 57 Chevy and a 84 F100 (and a couple of 61 EK Holdens, but they will have to go to make room for the Thunderbird).

I must say, there seems a wealth of knowledge on here, and I have no doubt I will be picking some brains at some stage. First question, does anybody know of any T Bird specialists in Australia, preferably Brisbane, Queensland? The parts from the States are reasonably priced, but postage costs are pretty rich.
