Replacement Seats

I'm just starting a project car - 1965 Galaxie. I want to go a bit more custom with the interior and replace the destroyed bucket seats I have with a more up to date version - possible with power seats. Has anyone found a seat from another car (can be a late model) that fits and works well in the Galaxie? Thanks for your input.

Welcome to the board.

If you look at modified cars, they use all kinds of seats.

Almost any kind of seat can be used.

I think the 1965 Galaxie still used the four bolts through the floor type of mounting. Most cars now use mounting systems that do not go through the floor. You can make brackets to these work in your car.
