Thank you, John.
Some lead additive like this,
Red Line Oil 60202 Lead Substitute Fuel Additive 12 oz.
What kind do you use, name and brand, is it available at local automotive stores.
Thank you.

I use Motor Medic lead substitute. It's available at most auto stores.

Do I need any preparation, to start the engine at 1 time, or just to change the oil, or use some kind of 5 minutes oil flush additive.

As sowO I have an update, I fanally start the engine, the reason why it didn't start is was a bad starter spins the engine too slow and draining too much amp off battery up to 6 volts at crank.
And the most problem was that ignition rotor was 180 degrees off, cylinder 1 was not at tdc.
Also when car starts it goes in reverse right away, but gear selector was showing P position, thanks God car don't hit the wall.
